Hi Guys: I found this dress a while back while thrifting. I thought it was really ugly which was my motivation to buy it. I did not do much to this dress just cut it up, removed sleeves and lace garnishes. I cut it and hemmed it and brought it up to 2018 or at least close to this year. 🤣🤣🤣
